Return & Refund Policy

Returns Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it,  in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Fuzz-e-family does not accept returns due to personal preferences, unless:

  • Product is still in original packaging (the inner packaging must not be tampered with)
  • Product was never assembled or used
  • The product and packaging is in full salable condition when received back to our warehouse

Also note:

  • A credit will not be issued unless a return is authorized by Fuzz-E-Family prior to returning the goods
  • The customer is responsible for return freight to our designated warehouse
  • The item and packaging will be subject to inspection
  • Should it be deemed resalable, the item is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@fuzz-e-family.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
